New and super clean rooms with complimentary WiFi. They provide the shampoo they promise. the room decorations are pretty basic, but the place is cozy. It's in a convenient spot, right by a bus stop 🚌. Easy to spot and get to.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the location is comfortable and wonderful in a Mexican neighborhood, the building and rooms are new and have balconies, and the bedrooms have air conditioning.

Enjoyed staying in a newly furnished room that had a balcony, bathroom amenities, and a coffee machine.

We appreciated the proximity to the bus station and walking distance to the city center. the bathroom and service were well-maintained. Onsite parking was a plus.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for us, being right next to the bus terminal made it very convenient for early departures. It was also close enough to the historic centre to walk and there were plenty of local places to explore nearby. The hotel facilities were great, offering clean and comfortable rooms with nice showers and good WiFi. The parking was also plentiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We even enjoyed a reasonably priced breakfast at the on-site café.

I recently stayed at a hotel in San Miguel de Allende and had a fantastic experience. First of all, the location was incredibly convenient, being right next to the bus station. This made it so easy for me to catch my early morning bus without any hassle. Additionally, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with two double beds providing ample space. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from. I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

There was nothing that I can think of that could have been improved during my stay.
